JK Hockey - College/AAA Skills Camp

Description

This is a competitive and elite 4 week program, designed for players who are wanting to take their game to the next level. This program will include various skills utilized in the modern game, referring to game video from both the PWHL and NHL. Players will be challenged to learn, practice and develop various skills including, but not limited to: advanced edgework, skating – speed, agility and power, shooting and scoring skills, as well as forward and defence specific work. Jersey, nutrition guideline, and conditioning package included in price.
