JHD U13 Female Training MONDAY
This female-specific training program includes both on-ice and off-ice development for athletes born in 2013 & 2014. On-ice sessions focus on individual skills such as puck control, passing, edge work, shooting, and scoring tactics. Off-ice sessions in Focus Fitness develop strength, mobility, balance, and speed. Not a learn-to-play program; participants must have basic skating and puck handling skills.
JHD - U15 Female Training MONDAY
Female-only training program combining elite on-ice skill development with off-ice strength and conditioning through Focus Fitness. Sessions include puck control, edge work, shooting, scoring, and small area games. Players must have basic skating and puck skills.
JHD - U18 Female AAA Prep Camp GYM
Off-ice training program for U18 Female AAA/AA players focused on speed, strength, quickness, and proper body care. Designed to support players preparing for U18 AAA tryouts.
JHD - U18 Female AAA Prep Camp ON-ICE
On-ice training for U18 Female AAA/AA players to maintain physical conditioning and sharpen skills ahead of early offseason tryouts. High-energy, skill-focused sessions led by experienced coaches.

Bram Hockey - Spring Skates 2025 (College, 2009 AAA/AA & older girls)
Weekly Spring Skates with Bill Bram focused on hockey training and game analysis. Open to College-level players, 2009 AAA/AA, and older girls. Skates are once a week on Mondays (excluding May 19).
Bram Hockey - Spring Skates 2025 (2013–2014 AA/A1 Girls & 2012 A1/A2 Girls)
Weekly Spring Skates with Bill Bram focused on hockey training and game analysis. Open to 2013–2014 AA/A1 girls and 2012 A1/A2 girls. Held Wednesdays.
JK Hockey - U15 Female - Power Skating and Edgework
This program will entail both the technical aspect of skating, as well as intermediate to advance edgework to push the player out of their comfort zone. We will start the skating and edgework skills at a slower pace, and then transition into using these skills at a high tempo. Players will work on straight away speed, backwards skating speed, forward to backward/backward to forward transition speed and proper techniques, agility in small spaces, and overall strength and power in each stride.
Spriggs Goaltending - Summer Elite Program 2025 (Female Group)
This elite summer-long goaltending program is designed for female goalies in the U13–U18 age range (2008–2014). Includes 14 on-ice sessions, 14 off-ice workouts, 1 semi-private lesson, video review, and a Sense Arena VR training session. Female-only group led by Byron Spriggs and team, with a focus on development and confidence. Sessions run Monday and Wednesday evenings from July 7 to August 20, with semi-private lessons on July 3 or 4.
JK Hockey - U15 Female - Shooting and Stickhandling Skills
This program will focus on the development of shooting and stickhandling. Shooting sessions will focus on the various techniques and type of shots including weight transfer, body position when shooting, shot placement, as well as the various shots including quick release, slap shots, snap shots, one timers, tips, backhands, etc. We will also use game situation shots for both forward and defence specific shooting. Stickhandling is a very important aspect of the game that goes hand-in-hand with confidence on the ice. As players become more comfortable with stickhandling techniques, they will become more comfortable with puck possession and puck decisions in a game. We will work on various stickhandling techniques and the various uses of stickhandling throughout a game situation.
Laker Summer Elite Skill & Strength Program – U18 Female (Invite Only)
This invitation-only program for U18 female athletes includes 22 on-ice and 30 off-ice sessions. Sessions cover advanced skill development and strength training to prepare players for elite female hockey.
Laker Summer Elite Skill & Strength Program – University Female (Invite Only)
This invitation-only program for university-level female athletes includes 22 on-ice and 30 off-ice sessions. Focuses on maintaining elite-level skills and physical development through summer.
JK Hockey - U13 Female - Shooting and Stickhandling Skills
This program will focus on the development of shooting and stickhandling. Sami Jo Small Hockey School – Winnipeg
A full-day girls hockey camp offering two on-ice sessions and two off-ice sessions per day. Athletes will learn skating, shooting, stickhandling, and passing with guidance from experienced instructors including Olympians, pros, and NCAA/U Sports players. Goalie coaching is included, and groups are capped at 30 skaters and 4 goalies. Off-ice sessions are age-appropriate and encourage well-rounded athleticism. Includes scrimmages and optional bursary or billet programs.
Spriggs Goaltending - August All-Female Goalie Camp (2013–2011)
This 3-day camp is designed specifically for female goaltenders born 2013–2011. Includes two 60-minute on-ice sessions per day, classroom/video sessions, dryland training, sport activities, and team building with a mental performance focus. Instruction is provided by an all-female staff led by Byron Spriggs.
Spriggs Goaltending - August All-Female Goalie Camp (2016–2014)
This 3-day camp is designed specifically for female goaltenders born 2016–2014. Goalies receive two 60-minute on-ice sessions per day, along with classroom/video sessions, dryland training, sport activities, and team building focused on mental health awareness. Led by Byron Spriggs and an all-female staff in a supportive environment.
Ketchen Hockey School - 1st Annual Female-Only Summer Sports Camp
This full-day female-only camp includes technical skating, puck skill development, daily scrimmages, off-ice fitness, and team sports. Includes snack, lunch, and a camp jersey. Monday–Thursday: full days; Friday: half day. Total 11 hours on-ice.
Bram Hockey - Fall Conditioning Camp (Girls 2009 & older)
Fall Conditioning Camp – Week 1 – Aug 11-14: You’ve had a great summer, and you’re looking forward to the coming 2024-2025 hockey season, and you want to be prepared. Join Bill for a 4-day training camp with intense skill development focused on shooting, stick handling, battle drills, and puck protection. Each day on ice consists of: Hour 1 – drills, shooting, stick handling, battle drills, and (for older groups) body checking fundamentals; Hour 2 – a 4-on-4 game with push-ups to reinforce proper habits. Duration: 2 hours on ice per night + 1 hour off ice dryland daily. What to bring: On-Ice: White & Black Jersey; Dryland: Running Shoes, Shorts, T-Shirt.
JK Hockey - Bram & Kohanchuk 1 Week Full Day Female Hockey Camp
This is a full-day camp including 90 minutes of ice time, 60 minutes of dryland training, 60 minutes of classroom sessions, and 60 minutes of stickhandling each day. Please note registration is through a separate website: www.bramkohanchukhockey.com.

A female-only program featuring 1.5-hour sessions focused on speed, agility, game awareness, and game-like scrimmage scenarios. Wheatland t-shirt included with registration.

This 1 week camp will entail various types of on-ice skills including stickhandling, shooting, skating and edgework, as well as game situations including 1v1s, 2v1s, 3v2s, breakouts, back checking, zone entry, etc. This camp will also help players get ready for tryouts as we will push the intensity with battle drills, small area games, and full ice scrimmages. The ice sessions are designed to improve both confidence and performance on the ice. Dryland sessions will include various workouts including body weight workouts, agility/sprint sessions, balance and skating mechanics, hand eye coordination as well as team building and games.
JK Hockey - U9/U7 Skills and Drills (Female)
This program is for the next generation of all-stars who are wanting to get back on the ice and gain confidence on the ice while having fun! This program will entail multiple small skills stations including stickhandling, shooting, skating and balance, drills, and small area games. Players will be placed into groups according to skill level. Instructors at each station will adjust accordingly by either challenging the players even more with an added skill, or will modify the drill as needed so each participant can feel confident completing the drill. Daily prize for hardest worker of the day!

Laker Female Atom Fall Pre-Tryout Skill & 4x4 Camp
This all-female camp for 2015 & 2016 players includes 6 hours of on-ice instruction over 6 sessions. Focuses on conditioning, skill development, and 4x4 gameplay to prepare players for upcoming tryouts. Each session ends with a scrimmage. Goalie instruction included.
