Description
This full-day performance prep camp runs from 8am–4pm with 60 minutes of skill development and 60 minutes of scrimmage daily. Additional dryland training, video review, Coach's Corner, and hot lunch included. Focus changes daily: skill, position-specific work, angling/contact, and competition. Goalies receive 50% off.
