Description
Development and scrimmage program for junior-aged players born 2006-2009. 18 on-ice sessions plus 18 off-ice workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On-ice at 7:45pm, workouts at 6:15pm. Workouts focus on building strength, power, and speed. Payment by mail or e-transfer to lakerhockeyacademy@hotmail.com. Cost: $718.20 (includes GST).
