Description

Invitation-only development and scrimmage program for 2010-born U18 AAA/U17 AAA players. 14 on-ice sessions plus 14 off-ice workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On-ice at 6:30pm, workouts at 7:45pm. Off-ice workouts focus on building strength, power, and speed. Payment by mail or e-transfer to lakerhockeyacademy@hotmail.com. Cost: $646.80 (includes GST).
